Who is Ola Kulesza?

I have over ten (10) years of creating and advising on learning and leadership content. My career has offered me the opportunity to focus on learning development, program development, project management, training and facilitation experience across sectors. I am driven by a how we learn and translate our learning into day-to-day behaviour change, decision-making and action.

I received my Masters of Education in Workplace Learning from the University of Toronto and actively stay informed of emerging theories, models and technologies in the learning and training industry to best support my clients. I’m currently pursuing my Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP) certification through the Institute for Performance and Learning.

I have worked with clients across sectors including: leadership development, government, organizational development, community engagement, software, health and risk services. I believe that bringing together subject matter experts (you!) with effective and proven learning design techniques (me!) will ensure learner satisfaction and impact.

I promote a learner-centered model of course development—growing your business through learners who see, feel and can practice their new knowledge. After all, satisfied learners come back for more and spread the word!
